Services
GroundLogic Outdoor Systems provides irrigation installation and repair, drainage, sod installation, landscape design, LED lighting, and related outdoor services to residential and commercial clients in South Florida. All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians.
Estimates and Proposals
All estimates are provided in writing following an on-site assessment. Written proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Verbal quotes are not binding. Work will not begin until the client has reviewed and approved the written proposal.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Residential projects typically require a deposit upon scheduling with the balance due upon project completion. Commercial projects may have milestone-based payment schedules as specified in the proposal. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Warranty
GroundLogic warranties labor on all installed systems for 90 days from the completion date. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (Rain Bird, Hunter, Rachio, etc.) and are passed through to the client. Plant material carries a 30-day establishment warranty subject to proper irrigation and care.
Limitation of Liability
GroundLogic’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by undisclosed underground utilities, or issues arising from client modifications to installed systems.
Utility Locates
We call 811 and obtain utility locates before any excavation. Client is responsible for disclosing the location of any private underground utilities (irrigation lines, lighting wire, septic systems, private conduit) not covered by 811 locates.
